Since the first Downtown 5k in 1990, tens of thousands have participated in this Rhode Island classic road race. As the longest-running event in Downtown Providence, we offer a true family event, featuring kids races for children 10 and under followed by the main event, the 5K Run/Walk.

Many companies cover the entry fee for their corporate team members. Corporate teams can choose to have participants pay at sign up or we are happy to invoice after the event is completed. To request an invoice, simple select «YES» when asked about payment method in the team creation process. Most requests are approved on the same day the corporate team is requested.
