The Boston Celtics will celebrate last season’s NBA Championship win with President Joe Biden at the White House on Thursday.

Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey will join them on their traditional victory visit.

The celebration in Washington comes before the Celtics take on the Wizards on Friday.

The Celtics won their NBA-record 18th championship in June, beating the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA Finals in five games.

The team first visited the White House as champions in 1963 in the John F. Kennedy administration, and last went in 2008, when players met with former President George W. Bush.
