Closures coming on I-195

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — RIDOT will close two right lanes on eastbound Interstate 195 starting Tuesday night at 9 until Wednesday morning at 5.

The area runs from the Providence River bridge to the Washington bridge.

Exit 1A will also be closed. That is set to start at 7 p.m.
The department of Transportation said it’s for electrical work.
The South Main Street on ramp will also be closed.
