Brewster Thornton Group Architects makes
a significant gift to Teatro ECAS

Teatro ECAS is very pleased to announce the very generous in-kind gift of interior and exterior architectural plans for our current theater space at 57 Parkis Avenue on the Southside of Providence.
“Barbara Thornton contacted us at the very start of the pandemic with the deep desire to help our organization and our community which she acknowledged has been very hard hit by the pandemic,” said Francis Parra Executive Director.  “There was a great opportunity to take some time of a lighter work load for employees and give them a great project.  We are so fortunate to have these beautiful plans – a beginning of a more comfortable interior for both audience and artists and a welcoming exterior as well.”
“When many of our projects got delayed due to the pandemic, we wanted to give our talented designers a chance to make a difference –  Teatro ECAS was the perfect client,”  explained Barbara Thornton.
