Fall River police respond to fight between rival motorcycle clubs involving 50 people

FALL RIVER — On Saturday, a fight between two rival motorcycle clubs broke out near Pleasant and Cash streets.
In a press release, the Fall River Police Department said they responded to a report of “a large fight with weapons” around 12:25 p.m. on Saturday, May 14.
The department noted in the release that the fight involved approximately 50 individuals.
Seven men were injured as a result. Four of them were transported to Rhode Island Hospital, and three were sent to Charlton Memorial Hospital.
Police said that all of the injuries were non-life threatening.
The incident is currently under investigation.
