MBSR es un curso de ocho semanas con 10 sesiones en total. Esta constituido por la Orientación, 8 clases de 2 horas y media cada clase, y un día de retiro el cual se realizará el Domingo Marzo 1, 2020 (9:00AM 4:30PM).
