Feb. 15 deadline nears for new grant program for small business owners

The Rhode Island Rebounds Small Business Grant Program provides direct financial assistance to our state’s small businesses that have suffered financially due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
If you are an independent artist or creative, small business owner, or make 20 percent of your income through your art, you are likely eligible. This new grant program, part of Governor McKee’s use of the American Rescue Plan funds, provides direct financial assistance grants of either $2,500 or $5,000.
Reminder: The submission deadline is at 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 15.
Get your questions to staff prior to 6 p.m. on deadline day, April 1 at 11:59 p.m.
Our helpful and friendly RISCA staff can assist you with your grant application needs. In addition, we are available to meet with you about your grant ideas. RSVP is required for all workshops, drop in hours and one on one meetings. The first workshops:

Fast approaching deadline is Feb. 15
This Call for public artwork for RIC’s Zvart Onanian School of Nursing is open to all professional artists, and there is no fee to apply. Students are excluded. The budget for the acquisition of artwork is $30,000.
