Five Ways to Add Exercise to Your Daily Routine

We all know the benefits of exercise, but it can be hard to get the recommended amount every day. Try one (or all!) of these easy ways to sneak in a little extra activity. You won’t even realize that you’re exercising.

  • Park farther away and get in a few extra steps
  • Take the stairs
  • At work, use the restroom farthest from your desk
  • Walk or bike when you run errands
  • Clean your house
