Happy Mother’s Day

Moms, grandmothers, and great-grandmothers do so much for others that sometimes they forget to take care of themselves. Make time for your regular health exams and tests.  Routine health care can help find problems before they start. It also can help find problems early, when your chances for treatment are better.  As a woman, your checkup may include:

  • a pelvic exam
  • a Pap test
  • a clinical breast exam

Your health care provider may also recommend other tests, including a mammogram or a test for HPV.
