The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Eric Petross with one count of domestic sexual assault, two counts of domestic strangulation, one count of assault with intent to sexually assault, one count of filing a false report, and one count of violating a No Contact Order.
It is alleged that on or about diverse dates between July 1, 2018 and December 20, 2018, Petross sexually assaulted an individual and violated a No Contact Order issued by the District Court.
The alleged incident took place in East Providence. The East Providence Police conducted the investigation.
Petross is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on January 10, 2019.
Rolando Matos (age 29)

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Rolando Matos with four counts of first degree child molestation and two counts of 2nd degree child molestation.
It is alleged that on or about diverse dates between August 1, 2017 and August 1, 2018, Matos molested an individual under 14 years of age in the first and second degree.
The alleged incident took place in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation.
Matos is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on January 23, 2018.
Caleb Lussier (age 20)

It is alleged that on or about June 19, 2018, Lussier robbed an individual in the first degree.
The alleged incidents took place in Cumberland. The Cumberland Police conducted the investigation.
Lussier is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on January 23, 2019.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Deborah Testa with one count of burglary, one count of breaking and entering, one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, and one count of conspiracy.
It is alleged that on or about August 7, 2018, Testa robbed and assaulted an individual at knifepoint.
The alleged incidents took place in Pawtucket. Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation.
Testa is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on January 23, 2019.
Steven Silva (age 56)

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Steven Silva with one count of burglary, one count of breaking and entering, one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, and one count of conspiracy.
It is alleged that on or about August 7, 2018, Silva robbed and assaulted an individual at knifepoint.
The alleged incidents took place in Pawtucket. Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation.
Testa is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on January 23, 2019.
