Temperatures will slowly rise through the late morning hours into this afternoon. Most areas will top out around 60 degrees. Look for skies to be clear and crisp as dry air will take over for the remainder of the weekend. Saturday afternoon temperatures will be about 15-20 degrees cooler than Friday. Saturday night will be one of the coolest of the season so far, with lows in the upper 30s along with a touch of frost by dawn Sunday. The weather looks great for local festivals and events on Federal Hill, at the Woonsocket Autumnfest and Scituate Art Festival. A Frost Advisory has been issued for parts of the area for Sunday morning… mainly interior southeastern Massachusetts for locations such as Taunton, Attleboro, Foxboro, etc. For those heading to the Patriots game on Sunday afternoon, plan on breezy, cool and dry conditions.
