Pawtucket Special Election Reminder

PAWTUCKET BOARD OF CANVASSERS REMINDS VOTERS THAT POLLING SITES FOR JULY 10, 2018 SPECIAL COUNCIL AT-LARGE ELECTION WILL BE CONSOLIDATED.

 

The Pawtucket Board of Canvassers reminds voters that polling sites for the July 10, 2018 Special Council At-Large Election will be as follows:

Council District #1                                      Uniao Portuguesa Beneficente Club

                                                                   (Portuguese Club)

                                                                   134 Benefit St.

Council District #2                                      Burns Manor

                                                                   95 Park St.

Council District #3                                      St. Teresa’s Church Hall

                                                                   358 Newport Ave.

Council District #4                                      Portuguese Social Club

                                                                   131 School St.

Council District #5                                      St. Germain Manor

                                                                   401 Mineral Spring Ave.

Council District #6                                      Kennedy Manor

                                                                   175 Broad St.

Please note that these are the only polling locations that will be open for this special election. Voters from each of the council districts are asked to cast their vote between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. at their designated polling place.

The board would also like to remind voters that in this the season of vacations and people going away for the summer voters may now vote an emergency ballots at City Hall for those who may not be able to get to their polling location on July 10, 2018. Board of Canvassers, which is located on the 3rd floor of City Hall, is open from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. The last day to vote an emergency ballot is Monday, July 9, 2018 with the deadline being 4:00 p.m.
