Bunions 🎥

A bunion is a bony bump on the side of the foot at the base of the big toe. They are very common in adults. Bunions develop slowly as pressure on the joint at the base of the big toe causes the toe to move out of place, leaning inward toward the second toe. This joint carries a lot of weight when you stand and walk, so a bunion can cause foot pain, stiffness, redness, and swelling. Surgery may be an option to treat a bunion and there are things you can do yourself to keep them from getting worse. Explore more information and watch a short video on how bunions form.

There is no set time limit on how long grief lasts. Friends, family, and faith may be sources of support. Grief counseling or grief therapy is also helpful to some people.
