Pawtucket Opportunity Zone project
Adding more than $130 million annually to the state’s GDP, Tidewater Landing will transform Pawtucket’s riverfront with extensive development, including a new United Soccer League (USL) Championship team and stadium, indoor sports complex, market-rate and workforce housing, hotel, and commercial office space.
The Rebuild Rhode Island Tax Credit program has catalyzed 35 projects, totaling more than 5 million square feet of new development and $2 billion in private investment. To further spur investment, Rhode Island is allocating up to $15 million in tax credits from the program.
