Providence man charged with second-degree child molestation

An indictment, information, or complaint is merely an allegation. A defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Attorney General Peter F. Neronha announced that a Providence man has been charged in Providence County Superior Court with multiple child molestation offenses stemming from his arrest by the Providence Police Department on January 27, 2023.

On March 31, 2023, the Office of the Attorney General charged Pasquale Gaudiano (age 46), by way of criminal information, with two counts of second-degree child molestation.

As alleged in the criminal information, the defendant sexually assaulted a 14-year-old victim multiple times between December 26, 2022, and January 6, 2023. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation.

The defendant is scheduled for a pre-arraignment conference on May 18, 2023, in Providence County Superior Court.
