Join the founders of Syncopated Ladies, Emmy nominated choreographer Chloe Arnold & Maud Arnold for an upbeat and fun Tap class from the comfort of your home! All ages and levels are welcome. Tap shoes are not required.

Found object mask-making workshop with celebrity costume designer Machine Dazzle – Thursday, June 11, 4 PM
Create your very own over-the-top face mask in this hands-on Zoom workshop for all ages. No experience or shopping required! The theme of the event is MUSIC. Participants will be guided to create a piece inspired by a favorite song, lyric or genre using RECYCLED materials FOUND around the house, in the garden or on a walk in a park. Just bring your creativity!

A PVDFest project – Curated by FirstWorks. Responding to the realities of creating as people of color during these unprecedented times, multimedia artist Carlos Andres Toro and composer/violinist Daniel Bernard Roumain collaborate on a live-streamed cinematic journey in film and in sound. Combining bold, dramatic imagery with a string and beat-based score, “Requiem for the Living, In Color” addresses the realities of living in modern-day America, where the inherent worth of black and brown bodies and souls requires impassioned pleas for their basic humanity to be recognized. This collaborative performance reveals life, loss, and an enduring legacy of hope.
Immerse yourself in a cinematic experience seven years in the making about legendary American dancer and choreographer, Merce Cunningham. This breathtaking film weaves together his iconic dances and never-before-seen archival treasures from 1942-1972—an era of risk and discovery for Merce and his collaborators—composer John Cage, Andy Warhol and visual artist Robert Rauschenberg.
