COVID-19 In-Person Attendance Requirements for RI Philharmonic Orchestra concerts at
The VETS
Vaccination Policy:
Patrons must be fully vaccinated (as defined below) to attend an RI Philharmonic Orchestra concert at The VETS.
Proof of vaccination:
Patrons must display proof of vaccination from the healthcare provider who administered the vaccination, either with a physical copy or on a smartphone.

Accepted forms of ID: 
Patrons 18 years and older must display a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport. Patrons under 18 may use a government-issued photo ID or school photo ID. Patrons under 12 must be accompanied by an adult who meets the above requirements.

“Fully vaccinated” means that on the day of the performance:

•    at least 14 days have elapsed since the patron’s second dose of an FDA or WHO approved two dose COVID-19 vaccine, or

•    at least 14 days have elapsed since the patron’s single dose of an FDA or WHO approved single dose COVID-19 vaccine.

Exceptions:
Unvaccinated patrons, patrons who are not eligible for vaccines due to age (currently children under 12), who require reasonable accommodations for medical reasons, and patrons with a sincerely held religious belief must provide proof of the following:

•    negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance start time. A negative COVID-19 antigen rapid test will not be accepted. 

Mask Policy: 
Masks are required at all times while inside The VETS, regardless of vaccination status, except when actively eating or drinking in designated areas. Masks must completely cover the nose and mouth and comply with the CDC guidelines for acceptable face coverings. If a patron does not have an acceptable mask, one will be provided.

Food/Beverage Service
Food and beverage service will be determined on a concert-by-concert basis based on local, state and federal guidelines.
