Temporary Community Project Coordinator
The Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH), Center for Health Systems Policy and Regulations is seeking to hire a project manager/project lead for the Statewide Health Inventory Utilization and Capacity Study Project to comply with the provisions of section 23-93-5(b) of the Rhode Island General Laws that were established in 2014 by the Rhode Island General Assembly. This position will be responsible for the oversight, development and maintenance of the Statewide Health Inventory Report. The role would include: ·Coordinating and guiding work of the RIDOH staff and team of interns·Organizing weekly meetings involving the RIDOH Inventory team · Editing surveys in Qualtrics Survey Software·Working with stakeholders to receive meaningful feedback·Overseeing the distribution of surveys to the healthcare practices in the state· Working with the contractor who will clean the survey data and assisting the contractor in analyzing the survey data·Overseeing the drafting of the inventory report and findings·To do related work as required
Restrictions/Limitations: Position limitation is based on Federal funding availability Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Required) Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Management, Business Administration, Health Policy and Management, or a related field. Experience: Excellent written and communication skills Must demonstrate computer proficiency including Access, Word, Excel and Outlook Preferred: Experience in data analysis Experience in Project Management ADDITIONAL INFORMATION City: Providence State: Rhode Island Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30-4:30 (35 hrs./weekly) Salary: 30.00/hrly Position: Project Coordinator/Community Services s*kills*:
