The Polarization of American Politics

PUBLICK OCCURRENCES: The Polarization of American Politics: Can’t We All Just Get Along?

Have American politics become so polarized compromise is impossible? Who has made the public debate toxic? I will speaking at a panel discussion hosted by The Providence Journal, Rhode Island College, and Leadership RI on the state of public discourse. From the invite, “Many are alarmed. How can America solve its social and economic problems, they ask, if conservatives and progressives are irreconcilable? How is compromise possible in a country so sharply divided?”

GAME ON! Consider attending and cheering for – or against – me at the PUBLICK OCCURRENCES: The Polarization of American Politics: Can’t We All Just Get Along? as I argue that media bias and the inherent divisiveness of Progressive politics is to blame. This event is on October 3, 2018 from 6:00pm-8:00pm, and will be held at Rhode Island College. It’s free, but you must register in advance byclicking here now or on the button below.
