Three stabbed with box cutter in Providence
PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Three people were stabbed in Providence Wednesday night.
Police said an intoxicated woman walking on Broad Street got into a verbal altercation with a victim.
According to officials, the woman then pulled out of a box cutter and slashed three people.
She is currently in police custody.
Police said the three victims sustained non life-threatening injuries.
Officials have not released the woman’s identity.
The stabbings are under investigation.
