EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — This week on a special edition of Newsmakers: a debate between the two candidates running for Rhode Island’s U.S. Senate seat, Democratic incumbent Sheldon Whitehouse and Republican challenger Patricia Morgan. It is the only scheduled debate in this year’s Senate race.
