Providence, RI (June 17, 2022) – Lieutenant Governor Matos will hold the 2022 Lieutenant Governor Leadership Awards Ceremony to recognize Rhode Island high school seniors who embody the qualities of a student leader.
Since 1993, this event has recognized hundreds of well-deserving students who make a positive difference in their school communities. Every year, the Lieutenant Governor invites high schools from across the state to nominate one graduating senior who demonstrates dedication to their studies, a commitment to community service, and leadership for positive change in their school or community.
