Movies in the Park returns to Rocky Point on June 20

WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) — Families are once again invited to enjoy some Movies in the Park this summer at Rocky Point.

Attendees can bring blankets or chairs to sit on, or just grab a spot on the grass.

Organizers say food trucks will arrive at 5:30 p.m. and movies begin at dusk, as long as the weather cooperates.

Admission and parking are free.

Schedule:

  • Thursday, June 20: Jaws
  • Thursday, July 11: DC League of Superpets
  • Thursday, July 25: Trolls Band Together

The rain dates will be Aug. 8 and Aug. 22.

Organizers ask that guests be courteous to one another by following these rules:

  • Alcohol is not permitted
  • Walk away from the crowd to smoke
  • Take your trash with you
  • Pets are not recommended, but must be leashed if brought
