Student and Parent Organizer:

Seeking candidates with experience involving students and parents in afterschool programming focused on culture and school improvement. Duties include fostering parent and student leadership groups that respond to school and community needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of an associate degree with related experience.
• Fluency in English and advanced Spanish or Portuguese communication skills.
• Experience working with youth groups or facilitating adult trainings and/or workshops.
• Deep understanding of the United States Based Educational System.

Caseworker & Coordinator: Full or part-time

Seeking candidates with experience addressing domestic violence, sexual harassment and/or stalking within a cultural context. Duties include casework, workshop facilitation, support group facilitation and program coordination with team support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of an associate degree with related experience.
• Fluency in English and advanced Spanish or Portuguese communication skills.
• Experience with case management, recruitment, and public speaking.

Case Worker: Full or part-time

Seeking a paraprofessional dedicated to assisting individuals and families in addressing life challenges and it involves case management and follow-up and residential and community visits.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of an associate degree with related experience.
• Lived and personal experience as a caregiver of a child with similar needs to the families, and/or having been a youth in care or with similar experiences to the youth we serve.
• Fluency in English and intermediate Spanish or Portuguese communication skills.
