Real Estate Market Report

I recently received an email from Judy Chace, the owner of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. She asked me to purchase a bunch of iTunes gift cards for her. Even though it was a strange request, I came very close to making the purchase, but thought I’d better ask a few questions first. Of course, it turned out to be a fraudulent email.
Over the last few months, the level of sophistication in the fraud emails I receive is extremely high. With this in mind, I’m letting you know I’ll never ask for any personal information by email or text (yes, texts are also being targeted). Even if we are working together on a purchase or sale, you will never get an email asking you to share any personal information, or wire funds, without extensive conversation and clarification first.
Here are 5-Tips to keep you safe from the obnoxious amount of fraudulent emails, calls and texts, that may come across your desk. We’re all moving so fast but thinking twice could help keep you safe. Here is a short piece that can help: What the experts say.
When it comes to real estate, two of the biggest questions people have is “what’s my home worth?” and “what is the home I want to purchase worth?”
I have an easy way to get the answer! I’ve added a new Home Value Tool to my website and you can test it out without inputting your email, or being added to any kind of marketing mailing list. This tool will give you values from three of the top internet sources and show you what markets are hot in your area, as well as how many people are looking for a home like the one you searched.
My goal is to help you. I understand that you might not be ready to talk to a realtor, but you might still want to test out the home value tool. If you use the tool and find it helpful, I’m only an email or a phone call away. If you try the tool and have feedback, I’d love to hear from you.
I Support what Matters to My Clients

In an effort to honor what’s important my clients I have been donating $100.00, or 1% of my commission, whichever is greater, at the close of every transaction, to an organization of their choosing.
There is nothing better than showing gratitude and I hope my clients will appreciate taking part!

As a Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty agent, I’m proud to represent buyers and sellers in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. While not every client I represent is a luxury client, every client that works with me gets the same luxury service and the benefit of my extensive marketing, business negation and real estate experience.
There is no replacement for an agent who knows how to lead you thorough the sometimes complex timelines and negotiations that are inevitable with real estate transactions. If you are thinking of making a move, across town or across the country, I’d love to help.
