We’ve gone GREEN!
195 District Park is transitioning toward a more sustainable and eco-friendly approach to lawn management. The use of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides is being gradually reduced while we are increasing the use of organic-based practices.
As part of this process, the lawns are being aerated to help alleviate soil compaction, promote root growth, and enhance overall lawn health with improved drainage and stronger resistance to drought and disease. Aerating also increases the effectiveness of our organic fertilization and encourages thicker, greener lawns by allowing access to the nutrients plants need!
