Amgen Announces Multi-Million Dollar Expansion in R.I.
This week Amgen, a world-leading biotechnology company, announced they will expand in Rhode Island with a new $160 million next-generation biomanufacturing plant that will be the first of its kind in the United States.

Wexford Innovation Center Completes Steel Framing
In another milestone, the Wexford Innovation Center recently completed the steel framing of the building’s exterior.
The 195,000 SF complex will be home to the Cambridge Innovation Center, Johnson & Johnson, and Brown Unviersity’s School of Professional Studies.

R.I. Airport Named One of Nation’s Top Airports
Rhode Island’s T.F. Green Airport has been rated among the top airports in the U.S., according to a recent study by Money Magazine.
T.F. Green was ranked sixth-best in the country on the magazine’s Top 15 rankings, highlighted by the airport’s 11 on-site restaurants and strong on-time arrival rate (82.35%).

Business Insider: Rhode Island has 9th Best Economy in U.S.
Rhode Island’s economic climate continues to receive national acclaim as Business Insider recently ranked Rhode Island the 9th best economy in the country.
The study cited wage growth rate, and a GDP growth rate well above the national average, among other factors.
