On June 25, the President signed the reauthorization of PAHPA, called the Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness and Advancing Innovation Act of 2019 (PAHPAIA). The new law strengthens public health and healthcare readiness, response, and recovery programs and increases transparency. What do the changes mean for our non-federal partners?
