The National Biodefense Strategy sets the course for the U.S. to combat the real and serious 21st century biothreats our country faces. The strategy puts in place a new coordinated effort, led by the Department of Health and Human Services, to orchestrate the full range of activitiy carried out across the U.S. government to protect the American people from biothreats.
