How are today’s younger generations dealing with the increased anxiety of these uncertain times?
Many are logging on and finding virtual places to PRAY!
That’s according to a new survey of more than 2-thousand young adults, ages 18 to 34. The survey found nearly HALF of the respondents have prayed during online services since the pandemic!
And of course a growing number of churches, temples and synagogues now stream their services online. For example, the Churchome app has grown by 110-percent. Attendance is up 140-percent, and use of the “Pastor Chat” feature has increased by 40-percent.
And according to psychiatrist Dr. Rebecca Gladding, prayer offers a fantastic way to reduce our Post Panemic anxiety, at ANY age.
I’ve been practicing Breath Prayers. Bascially, praying all throughout the day. Very Powerful. I can show you how. JT
